This song first became a favorite of mine during the 1998 NBA Playoffs when the Knicks used a shorter version of this song in a pregame video tribute to Patrick Ewing. Coach Danny Nieves started Straight Up Boxing in his garage before he moved into the basement of an office building basement in downtown Kenosha. I had the opportunity to see him in action and what he meant to the kids and community, when he moved south there was only one choice, keep his amazing program alive, but with a twist, build it for the masses. I took my years of Traditional Sports Coaching and Training and am applying it to Boxing Training pasted on from Coach Nieves, to create a truly special program here in K-Town

The word 'welcome' is truly what we want you to feel in this new and exciting program to Kenosha and the surrounding area. We've have painstakingly thought out programs and processes to ensure top results while maintaining a very comfortable environment for all. We have a private studio for our Youth and adult Boxing Classes as well as our circuit program (Champions Program), Gym facility that is a mix of crossfit and Boxing Equipment. It's the best of both worlds, taken from some of the top gyms in LA and Vegas. It's not because it's from there we use it - it's because it's proven to work.
